Location    The property is located a the end of Osprey Lane which is south of Rumson Road and which is parallel to and just west of Avenue of Two Rivers.

The house   The house was built in 1957 by the Adamsons and was designed by Jay Richie, a distinguished architect of contemporary houses.  The grand entrance takes one up a series of steps on the way to the front door, and all of the living spaces are on this level, creating stunning views.
